Impressive cantilever bridge across Hooghly River, built in 1943. The longest span – 457,5 m. Most likely, this is the busiest cantilever bridge in the world with more than 150 thousand pedestrians and some 100 thousand cars crossing it daily.

Monument of technology. This 86 km long railway line ascends approximately 2,100 m. It was built in 1881 and has been preserved in its historical state and is still powered by steam engines. There are several loops, including Agony Loop, an extreme site on the route.

One of the trees with the largest canopy in the world. This Ficus benghalensis is considered to be some 200 – 250 years old, the area of the canopy – 1.5 hectares, circumference of the canopy – 1 kilometer. Height up to 25 meters, contains some 2,880 aerial roots rooted in soil.
