Kamou no Ohkusu

Kamou no Ohkusu - the largest camphor tree in Japan

Camphor tree (Cinnamomum camphora (L.) J.Presl.) with a circumference of 24.2 m. Tree is some 30 m high, with estimated age of 1,5 thousand years.

Reakaly baobab (Ampanihy baobab)

The stoutest baobab Adansonia za (Baill.), girth 23 m (plaque at the tree says that 27 m). One of the largest trees in Madagascar.

Mahasthangarh
