One of the northernmost botanical gardens in the world, established in 1912. Botanical garden aims to select plants that are suitable for Iceland.

Hverasvæðið – Hveragerði Geothermal Park

Hveragerði Geothermal Park is located in the centre of Hveragerði town. Here can be seen several geothermal features including one geyser – Eilífur.
