Between the Sudmali Waterfall and Zarvalka Waterfall is located the lesser known Elcinu Valka Waterfall. It has formed on a small stream that is just a little more than 1 km long and flows several months per year.

Waterfall is located close to Abava River and, if there is water in it, is very picturesque. It is approximately 1.1 m high and can be up to 1 m wide.

Similar to the nearby Zarvalka Waterfall, Elcinu Valka Waterfall has formed on the Devonian dolostone layers of Plavinas Formation.
