Cape Bridgewater Blowholes

Group of comparatively smaller blowholes in the basalt rocks at the base of lookout. Blowholes are more interesting at high waves.

In the 19th century there existed a very noisy blowhole which during the storms could be heard even in Portland. It collapsed sometime around 1900.

Aborigine people have several legends about these blowholes.
